Okay, this working during Christmas holidays sucks....guess I really shouldn't complain seeing I was home for almost 2 years, but it just doesn't seem so festive when you have to wake up at 6am lol. It's alot quieter at work, which isn't bad, but can make for a longer day too. Oh well right, i'm getting closer and closer to getting my 600 hours and the weeks are shorter work weeks (gotta find the positive in this somehow). After today, i'll have 225 hours in, so i'm 1/3 rd of the way there haha.
Emma's enjoying the holidays with sleepovers at her friends and grandma's coming up tonight. Gerry, well he's become Mr.Mom, gosh I've had a good laugh at the change of roles and how ironic it is that he's home and i'm working. He's doing a really good job at home with the girls though (the house looks better then when i'm home, but I won't tell him that). Hey I was good the first week or two lol.
Well, better get at it at work here:)

Christmas Morning at Home
Emma woke us up at 7:20am Christmas morning, not bad for an 8 year-old that has been counting down the days for weeks now lol. Gerry was very excited to give Emma her remote control Hummer, but insist we save the best for last:)
Here she is unwrapping the Hummer

And Gerry helping her set it up:)

Christmas Eve at My Parents
As tradition has it, we spent Christmas Eve at my parents house. The kids always get so excited and so do we. Everyone gets spoiled rotten, even though grandma and grandpa swear they didn't spend as much this year as they cut back...yah right where lol.

Here is Grandpa and Erica and Abby

It's official, it's a BOY!!
We couldn't believe when we saw the penis and scrotum on the monitor, we were stunned!! I think it's still sinking in. The u/s tech turned the monitor to me and said "okay tell me what your having" (she knows i've seen alot of ultrasounds) and I was all confused automatically looking for the 3 lines that show it's a girl. When I asked her to narrow down where the lines would be she said "there are no lines! it's a boy! I was like seriously??? really??? we don't have boys, we only produce girls lol. Gerry came in next and he didn't believe me! The u/s tech had to show him the scrotum 4 times before he finally believed it and then he asked for a picture of it hahaha.

It's Friday! Yah
Oh thank-god it's Friday, i'm whipped! Think i've done too much shopping this week, as i'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open at work this morning. As Monday approaches, i'm getting really anxious and excited to see our little pumpkin again, gotta love u/s (well minus the full bladder crap).
Emma is pretty excited about Christmas and having a break from school. I'm sure Gerry, Emma and the twins will enjoy their week off, while I'm stuck working ughhh, well I do have Dec. 25th, 26 and Jan.1st off...but still. Oh well right, it'll be a short week next week at least and really I haven't been back to work too long to complain yet (this week completes 5 weeks/185.5 hours:)
Well, should try to get into the swing of things here.

Playing Dress Up
Emma had alot of fun playing dress up with Erica! She was pretty creative I must say putting her boots on her, a big scarf and hat and I must say she enjoyed every minute of it:) Stay tuned for Abby's make over, i'm sure it'll be coming soon.
I'm really impressed that Gerry and I have everything bought and wrapped for Christmas. The presents are all sitting under the tree just waiting to be opened:) What a neat Christmas it'll be with Emma and the babies now able to rip the paper off. Emma is really excited for Christmas and is getting alot of High School Musical stuff for her new room, that we're going to decorate, when we put the babies back together in the big room. She's pretty pumped about getting her big walk-in closet back too:) We also bought her games, kid make-up and toys, she'll be pretty happy.

Emma's Christmas Concert
Emma had her Christmas Concert last night and did a great job saying here line in it!! It was hard to get some real good close up pictures while they were preforming. Here's what I was able to sneak in.
Well, what a date to have my next ultraound, December 24th at 8am! Please Please cooperate this time Baby Godin. I really didn't think they'd be open the week of Christmas, or at least not unless it was an emergency, but yah, i managed to get in and hopefully I'll get my Christmas Present of knowing the sex of the baby that day.

It's hard to believe i'm in my 4th week back to work, gosh time flies by. I'm pumped today, i'm getting an autocar starter!!! Gerry wanted to surprise me for Christmas, but it's hard not to notice the van missing lol. Anyone that knows me well, knows I HATE winter....i should of been a bear as I hybernate as much as possible. Now i'll be able to warm up the van before leaving work/home/shopping so I just might get out more this winter lol.

Here's some cute pics of the girls, gotta get a few more of Emma next.

Two Ultrasound Pictures of Baby Godin
It's A........Baby
Oh i'm so disappointed, she couldn't tell what the baby is, the baby just didn't co-operate. The baby's hands and feet were always in the private areas (if you ask me, that's boy behaviour haha) and the odd time they weren't it was just too blurry....so she's recommending I come back in 2 weeks as she couldn't see a few things she needs to see... oh well, stay tuned.
Off to My Ultrasound
Well my bladder is feeling quite full, so I figure I better take off for my u/s. Maybe i'll get lucky and they'll get me in a few minutes earlier lol. Hey with a full bladder every minute makes a difference.
I'll post when I get back to work.

Our Ultrasound Is Tomorrow!!
In about another 15 hours, we should be finding out whether we're having a girl or a boy! I'm so anxious and excited to find out. I've had alot of fun playing around with my poll, it's neat. I've had alot of people ask me what we're hoping for, so I thought i'd say....
Both of think it would be really neat to have a boy this time, seeing we have 3 girls and all, I think that's only natural. If we had 3 boys, we'd hope for a little girl. Obviously, in the end though we'll be happy with a healthy happy child. After going through everything we went through with Erica, health is really the most important factor:) I just want to be able to bring this little bundle of joy home right away, not go back and forth to the hospital and have the emotional roller coaster of not knowing how our baby is doing and if she's going to make it.
I'll post as soon as I get back from the ultrasound:)

Toyota Christmas Party
The kids had a great time at the Christmas Party. For us, it was very chaotic and alot of work, but well worth it as Toyota goes all out for the kids. We decided not to use the stroller with there being so many people, so we ended up carrying the kids alot. When Erica walked she was crazy girl man, she didn't care where we were, she just kept running ahead.
The girls and I took a nap all afternoon, it was well needed and well deserved:)
Here's some pics of the girls today.

Thanks so much everyone for taking the time to Vote on My Blog. I thought it would be fun to guess what i'm having and then I'll find out Monday... I'm so curious, gosh how did I ever make it till Emma was born:) think nowadays we're just not as good at delaying gratification.

Oh Christmas Tree
Well, things are looking abit cluttered and not exactly the way I like it with the playpen and bench around the tree, but I think it's safe to say "it's child-proof" or "twin proof". We were going to put the tree up in the basement, but that just didn't seem right as we're never down there:) Emma and the twins enjoyed the decorating and are liking looking at it from afar.
